Deidre reviewed the budget:  How we used our land trust for this year. Mostly used up by salaries of interventionists, iReady, We have spent $15,000 as of this month.

Nellie presented on the safety plan: Slide show on digital citizenship, how to stay safe and stay aware. Reviewed ways the school is able to censor inappropriate things on kids screens. 

Educate parents on the website commsense to help parents.

School safety, links to educate parents on school safety protocols.  Sent out to parents. 

Spoke more about emotional support and what resources are there for parents based on topic.

School Attendance has continued to be a problem. Only 36% of kids had less than 10 absences. How can we get those who are struggling to come?  Newsletters and incentives.  Needs and rewards.  Fun fact statistics.  Home Visits. Reinforce postcards. 

Review of Land Trust plan and goals. All students show growth, no matter where they start. 

Reinforce giving tree and food drive.
