Business Items:

• Teachers Survey
  • Utilize the building leadership team to help relay messages and concerns back to teachers.
  • Present survey to the building leadership team and ask teachers to give input as to what they would like/not like in their classrooms.
• LAND Trust and TSSP Plan Review
• Upcoming Plan
  • Money spent has to be tied to students outcomes
    • Growth – ELA, Math
      • Work with the building leadership team using the data to create a plan.
      •  Start working on the plan in February.
      •  In March have plan done and ready to be submitted.
