Business Items:  

1. Meeting minutes (Jessica motioned, Margo seconded)
2. Land Trust and TSSP Plan
   1. Budget
      1. Deidre proposes with remaining money we:
         1. Extend contract time for interventionists, for up to 28 hours a week
         2. Update teachers outdated technology devices.
         3. Create sensory kits for anxiety and behavioral needs.
         4. Rewards for PBIS Store/Book vending machine.
         5. LETRS manipulatives for instruction.
         6. CHIP kits to support reading foundations.

1. 1. Amendment (Stephanie motioned, Suzy second)
      1. After school Math tutoring program for Tier 2 students in grades 2-5.
         1. It will be 2 days a week for 13 weeks, starting February 7- May 9
         2. There will be 2 teachers per grade, serving 20-30 students.
         3. K-1 grades will be done during the day in school
      2. Purchase books for the library
         1. Replace damaged books
         2. Buy more popular books (more graphic novels) that students want

3. Cell Tower Funds to purchase (Greg motioned, Stephanie seconed)
