Business Items  

1. Meeting minutes

   Jon made a motion to approve the minutes from November and January, Deidre S seconded the motion and they were approved unanimously.

2. School Safety Plan

   The district approved the submitted School Safety Plan.

   1. Digital Citizenship – Janielle Bailey

      Sending home a lesson or small video at the beginning of each month in email
      Providing resources for teachers to teach digital citizenship in class (Canvas)
      In Stem brainbooster for 2 weeks

3. Data Review – Maxine

   The reading data looked good, each grade level has already exceeded the end of year goals.
   Office Referrals are down to 20 from 54 last year.

4. Next Year’s Plan- Deidre

   Raise goals where we are meeting them.
   Raise rigor of teaching.
   Training for teachers “Letters” – science behind reading, how to teach it.
   School Climate goals for next year:

   Book Vending Machine $5100
   Continue morning meetings.
   Second steps.
