SCC Meeting Minutes
Members Attending: Deidre, Katie, Sasha Despain, Amanada, Alyssa, Brett Jewkes, Mauri, Lacey. Member not in attendance: Lisa Potter

Motion to new members by Amanda- Lisa Potter, Mauri Stevens, Lacey Stapley

Meeting dates: October 12th, November 2nd, December 7th, January 4th, February 1st, March 7th and 28th, May 2nd.
Enrollment:
- Push to get out information to increase enrollment. Reach out to those in boundaries that are going to charter schools. Student count was down by over 300 students this year.
- Create a culture of ‘we want you and need you.’
- Goal less than 10 absences.
- Focus on ML students and get a preventionist.
School Safety Plan
- People coming in the exit- put signs at exit?
- Prevent kids from running through the parking lot.
- Need more parking at school – pave lot near exit?
- Safety Issues at siesta and creek bus stop.
Be thinking of library revive ideas.
