October 8, 2020 – Minutes

I.  Meeting minutes –
Minutes from the previous meeting were adopted. Motion made by Margot and seconded by Jon. Vote was unanimous.

II.  Membership –
Plan to revisit everyone inviting new parents to join the council

III.  Land Trust Amendment –
Land trust to be amended due to the district removing the participation of the lexile benchmark for 3rd grade. Plan is to instead assess using pathways to progress. Jon moved for the amendment and Stephanie seconded. Unanimous vote. Other land trust expenditures will be put on hold until online students come back and we can assess needs.

IV.  Land Trust and TSSP Progress Report –
Discussed social skills survey and goals and how to implement. Will collect data during morning meeting walk through and surveys of students to see if they understand and are working through the program. Will report back in November

V.  SCC Annual Training –
Discussed need to complete training

VI.  Reviewed previous discussion regarding google docs for SCC.

VII. Next meeting:
November 12, 2020. Plan to go over budgets in each account and determine if microphones come out of land trust or cell phone.
