Discuss plan + extra funds PRINCIPAL 45-60 minutes – We will be discussing our current plan and how we would like to allocate extra funds.

Deidre takes the time to allocate extra funds.

Expand makerspace and do a k-2 and 3-5.

Also trying to workshop how to add tutoring after school, weighing pros and cons of makerspace or tutoring.

Reviewed LAND trust and TSSP Plan 25-26

Goal is 80% of Oakdale students will be on or above benchmark goals. 

To reach goals we will use a variety of tools, including using Acadience and Pathways for progress and benchmarks, use Cindy as a coach for observation and support, discuss data more frequently, collective teacher efficacy, hire interventionists, complete trainings, 

School Climate Goal: How do we support our teachers with what is happen in the class?

Training with Grace Dearborne, and now a book study from the book, ‘Conscience Classroom Management’.

Possibly doing the second training with Grace Dearborne and doing an additional book study, ‘Yeah, but what about this kid’.  Targeting the tier 3 child.

To encourage attendance we are using parent notification, grade level incentives, and monthly newsletter notifications, teachers reaching out. 

Brainboosters have very limited time (17 hours) each week.  They are feeling the overlap. 

Ta-da incentives for academic goals.

Use budget for school counselor and psychologist.
