Safe walking routes: adding two more routes to what we have. Feedback to them that a walking route is all along siesta, even where you cannot drive. Safer than walking to, then along creek road.

Land trust and TSSP plans: Wanted to stick with ELA and math. But add back in benchmark.

● Land trust was going to pay for interventionists, to support students and teachers, math, and school climate. Looked at adding a new brain booster staff?

● Visible learning- high leverage outcomes and practices. How do we use them to impact our goals?

● Training by Grace Darbourne PD

● Pay for half of the counselor

The question is where will the money make the most difference.

Expenditure Update:

Land trust we have spent $26,924 out of $58,194.24

TSSP we have spent $25,193 out of $79,575.69

We need to spend down by the end of february. Proposal for $6,000. Take money and split two groups for STEM makerspace. Pay stipend to a teacher to come in and take one of the groups.

Double the current makerspace by 50%. Pay for stipend and equipment.

Motion to Close: Alyssa
